Description

A digital painting of Emperor Ming of Mongo as played by Max von Sydow in the 1980 Flash Gordon movie.

I did this painting as a tribute to my all-time favourite artist Alex Ross.

This was absolutely ridiculous and took the better part of three weeks to finish to my satisfaction. To be honest I'm just glad to be done with it...
